New to aerial fitness? Our Aerial Fit Intro class is the perfect place to start. This 45-minute beginner class introduces you to the fundamentals of working out on aerial slings in a safe, supportive, and energizing environment.
You'll learn essential techniques focused on alignment, balance, and muscle activation, helping your body build the foundation needed to move confidently in the air. This class blends elements of strength training, yoga, HIIT, and aerial sling for a full-body workout that’s as fun as it is effective.
No experience required—just come ready to move, challenge yourself, and discover how strong you really are.

Designed for students who’ve completed Aerial Fit Intro, this dynamic 45-minute class builds on foundational aerial sling skills with deeper engagement, more complex sequences, and greater physical challenges.
You'll refine your technique while increasing strength, flexibility and endurance—all elevated by the support and challenge of the sling. Aerial fitness adds a playful element to your routine, making exercise feel more like flying.
Expect to sweat, sculpt, and surprise yourself as you flow through powerful sequences. This is your time to fly higher, push further, and own your movement.

Aerial Strength & Stretch takes your fitness journey to new heights, blending the dynamic elements of Aerial Fit with flexibility training. This 75-minute class uses the aerial sling to build strength while engaging in active flexibility exercises to enhance your range of motion safely.
